Classes

We offer 4 sessions of French Classes per year.
Sessions start in January, April, July and September.
All levels, from beginner to advanced, are offered at each session.

Schedule for Winter 2018 is as follow:

*Classes starting in January: registration accepted until January 10th 2018
*Payment is necessary to confirm registration – Class confirmation e-mail will be sent out.
*Courses fee includes course material and taxes.
*Payment by cheque, cash or Paypal/ Credit card.

French Now Conversational Beginner 1

Ever thought of learning French but didn’t know where to start? It can seem daunting at first, but our instructor can make learning the language easy and fun. Learn the basics of conversational French, reading and writing in this 20-hour class. We’ll also explore Francophone culture and traditions along the way.

Saturdays – 10 AM to noon

French Now Conversational Beginner 2
If you have some knowledge of French, (numbers, alphabet, greetings, asking and answering simple questions about yourself), and you are ready to improve your conversational skills, this is the place to be. Build onto your knowledge, and explore Francophone culture and traditions along the way in this 20-hour class.

Fluent French – Conversational Intermediate & Advanced
At the Intermediate & Advanced level, you should be able to understand most common and non-technical speech in French, and be able to hold a fairly fluent conversation on different topics. You will focus on improving your conversational fluency by acquiring more complex grammatical structures and sentence formation.

French Now Conversational Beginner 1 & 2

Ever thought of learning French but didn’t know where to start? It can seem daunting at first, but the instructor can make learning the language easy and fun. In this 16-hour class, learn not only the basics of conversational French, reading and writing, but also add to your vocabulary and expressions in order to communicate in everyday situations involving travel, food, shopping, family, and business. We’ll also explore Francophone culture and traditions along the way.

Tuesday and Thursday – 5:45 to 7:45 PM

French Now Conversational Beginner 3

If you are able to conduct a simple conversation about familiar topics with some hesitation, then register for this 16-hour class. In beginner 3, you will focus on using French in authentic real-life situations and you will expand your vocabulary, and learn more complex structures.

Monday and Wednesday – 6 to 8 PM
