The Maple Festival Expands to Penticton for the First Time!

For the very first time, the CCFO is bringing its iconic Maple Festival to Penticton.

In partnership with École Entre-Lacs, this new edition shines a spotlight on Francophone culture and celebrates a beloved Canadian tradition in the heart of the South Okanagan.

What’s on the program?

• Sweet Treats: Indulge in the must-try maple taffy on snow, maple cotton candy, hot crêpes, and the famous maple pies carefully prepared by the students of the school.
• Festive Atmosphere: Enjoy live music and a friendly outdoor BBQ in a warm, welcoming setting.
• Fun for Everyone: From interactive workshops to traditional games, both kids and adults will find something to enjoy in this lively, family-friendly atmosphere.

The event takes place during Francophonie Month, highlighting the vitality and presence of Francophone culture in the South Okanagan.

The Penticton Maple Festival invites everyone, French speakers and non-French speakers alike, to come discover and share these traditions locally. It’s the perfect opportunity to gather, connect, and celebrate this sweet heritage together.
