Created in 1998 by the Paris Ile-de-France CCI, the Test d’Evaluation de Français (TEF) is an international benchmark test that measures your level of knowledge and skills in French.
Results are valid for two years.

Contact IRCC or the appropriate institution to know what test you need. The CCFO cannot give you any official information and will not be held responsible.
The 3 components (listening, reading and writing) are computer-based. The oral test is in person. Everything is assessed by CCI-Paris, the CCFO is not responsible for the results.
You will receive your certificate within 4 weeks in digital format. The results are valid for 2 years. You can take the test again , as many times as you wish, with a 30-day break between 2 tests.
