Our classes are divided in levels according to two main language scales: the CECRL used worldwide and the Échelle
Québecoise,
used in Canada.

| What it means: | I know and recognize learnt-by-heart words and short sentences. | I make my own short sentences. I understand simple statement. | I can deal with unexpected situations whilst travelling in a French-speaking region. | I share my point of view with detailed arguments and complex structures | I can express myself fluently and spontaneously in social and professional surroundings. | I can take part effortlessly in any discussion, using idiomatic expressions. I can read and produce research work. |

*This time is approximate and will depend on each student (native tongue, age, motivation, knowledge, type of training and time spent
outside classroom using French, etc.). Please note that for most levels, class time is not enough to reach the next level; we encourage
you to use your membership to attend our Events (to speak with native speakers!) and borrow French books in our Library!
The new session will run from Tuesday, July 7th to August 29. Take advantage of the earlybird discount until June 7th.

*Please note: the number of hours is for a class of 4 students or more. If 3 students register, 1 week will be canceled. The class will be completely canceled if only 2 or less students register.

• Ask about housing, express house rules • Understand internal regulations, apologize in a message, explain a domestic issue • Express positive or negative emotions • Talk about health and sports, ask or tell weight and height • Agree or disagree • Express obligation or prohibition and give advice • Tout en français !
• Comment on price, size, and fit. • Give opinions on clothing; ask or tell the use of a product • Describe objects • Discuss
the time of year and weather • Talk about daily activities; ask or tell the time • Suggest, accept, or reject outings •
Describe a person • And all en français !

• Parler de son parcours • Exprimer son intention de faire quelque chose • Parler de ses goûts • Proposer, accepter ou refuser une sortie • Raconter un souvenir • Interroger sur un souvenir • Exprimer le fait d’aimer et de ne pas aimer • Ainsi que les points de grammaire pour répondre à ces objectifs.
