Rando Franco

Chaque premier dimanche du mois, nous nous retrouvons pour un moment convivial tout en profitant du plein air et des paysages magnifiques de notre région. Que vous soyez un randonneur chevronné ou un débutant passionné, les Rando Franco sont ouvertes à tous pour avoir l'opportunité de parler français! Les chiens sont aussi les bienvenus. Veuillez porter des chaussures adéquates et bien regarder les informations sur le sentier, y compris le niveau de difficulté.

En septembre, nous découvrirons Minnow and Haynes Lake Loop à Kelowna.
📍 Le départ de la randonnée se fera à 9h45 à cette adresse.

🌿 Si les conditions météo sont bonnes et que le groupe est d'accord, nous pourrons ajouter un peu plus de distance en rejoignant une partie de ce sentier.

🚗💬 Comme d'habitude, le covoiturage est possible — et fortement encouragé! C’est une belle façon de réduire notre impact environnemental, de partager les frais de transport et de commencer la journée dans la bonne humeur, et en français...
Veuillez indiquer ci-dessous si vous avez besoin de covoiturage ou si vous voulez bien emmener quelqu'un sur place, et nous vous contacterons la veille pour s'organiser.

Note importante: En raison de la fumée présente dans la région, il est possible que nous devions annuler cet événement, si la qualité de l'air ne permet pas de marcher en toute sécurité. Pour le moment, la randonnée est maintenue, mais la décision finale sera prise le matin même. Nous tiendrons les participants informés par courriel.

Whether you are an experienced hiker or a passionate beginner, Rando Franco is open to all to have the opportunity to speak French! Dogs are welcome too. Please wear appropriate footwear and carefully review the trail information, including the difficulty level.

🚗💬 As always, carpooling is available — and strongly encouraged! It’s a great way to reduce our environmental impact, share transportation costs, and start the day in a good mood, and in French...

Importante note: Due to the wildfire smoke in the region, we may need to cancel this event if the air quality is not safe for hiking. For now, the hike is still scheduled to go ahead, but the final decision will be made the morning of the event. Participants will be notified by email.
